Now.

I’m running the lab’s research project, DEED, where agents operate capital its owner still holds, and the factory where agents build it under principles I sign. Both are in pre-release.

Alongside it I take on one client build at a time: a living design system, an agentic product, or a company’s agent operations.

I rewrote this site’s design principles and the check that runs them, after three outside reviews.

I’m writing Principles that run, about what happens to the designer’s job when agents make most of the work.

I’m in Paris, working with teams worldwide.
