He led the design of Trust Wallet’s 2023 relaunch, for a wallet serving more than 80 million people, built Blum from zero as VP of Design and was Head of Product & Design at DOGS, Telegram products that reached tens of millions. In 2026 he opened degenie.xyz, his AI R&D studio and personal brand: the lab and factory where he builds with agents, the media where he publishes, and his practice.

Igor Pugachevsky, known online as degenie, has designed products for fifteen years, most of them at the moment a person hands power to a machine: a flight booking at Art. Lebedev Studio, a professional trading terminal, the Waves wallet and exchange, contract approvals at De.Fi, and Trust Wallet’s 2023 relaunch, whose design he led as Product Design Lead, for a wallet serving more than 80 million people. As VP of Design he built Blum, a Telegram trading app, from zero, before its launch in April 2024, to nearly 100 million users, and as Head of Product & Design he built the brand and product of DOGS, whose airdrop 42.2 million people were eligible for. In 2026 he opened degenie.xyz, his AI R&D studio and personal brand: the lab and factory where he builds with agents, the media where he publishes, and his practice. Its R&D project is DEED, where people and their agents operate capital the owner still holds, built by a factory of agents under rules he signs; both are in pre-release. He publishes Agency Patterns, an open library of interface patterns for software that acts with people’s money. He grew up in Dubna, the science town near Moscow, and is based in Paris.
